Bei unserer letzten Ausfahrt stand "er" an einem Parkplatz neben der Strasse:Porsche 356 Speedster Replica

Perfekter Unterbau mit ziemlich vielen Goodies und stark bereift.

Da ist man im Gedanken schon wieder beim nachbauen. Aber keine Angst: momentan gibts zu viele laufende Projekte.

Oldtimer Event Tulln 2008

Now we are back from the biggest Oldimer Event in Austria. Here are some impressions. Some strange, some cool.

Walter bought a very cool cruiser for his son Alexander. And all of us had to make a test drive with this strange bike. Here we can see Oliver at his test.

So we all had a very good stay in Tulln, found some hard to get parts on the Swap Meet and Heli G. also bought one or two or three or more cars. We didnt know exactly, because he spent the whole afternoon alone with the famous E.B.

We are on tour this weekend. There will be the biggest Oldtimer Show in Austria. It will take place in Tulln, Lower Austria.

We are very sad that we didnt have a Clubstand this year. So we are "only" guests. But we hope we will have a funny and interesting weekend. Maybe we will see us. Our delegation will consist of the following persons: Michi, Mike, Oliver, Hans bis Jörg, Walter, Heli G. and Hansen.

The Brownie Square #2

Now its time to present the whole project. Here is the result:Also put the right numberplates on ist.
I didn´t think that it will drive so fast pleasantly.

This weekend the Square will bring us around the lakes in the Salzkammergut. The weather will be fine and i hope that it becomes a beautiful experience.

Also got new wheels. There are not much type 3 on the road with Speedmaster Wheels. And the tires have the correct dimension: 205-70. What else?

I got a reference some time ago that i could get two old split screen busses near Vienna. Here you can see what i have found there in the barn.

It was a 1966 type 22, very rusty underneath, the gearbox was developed, aso. But there were many parts around. So we built in the gearbox and loaded the bus on the trailer.

The second one was a 1957 type 23 with a damaged engine, but hardly NO RUST, original pressed bumpers and many other goodies! It was very easy to put it on the trailer.

So we had double luck. Special thanks to Mr. Kral for the reference and two very cool cars. The 1957 is still on the road again. The other one is in restauration.

We had a nice trip and many people greeted us while driving past on the highway home.

Also special thanks to Hans-Jörg and Michi for driving and spending the whole day working!

Forestbus

Last year we found this 1957 Panelvan in the woods. Some people said that it was restoreable. But they all resigned. So he had to die.

We saved many parts.

The rest of the "car" was going to the scrap metal.
So rest in peace, Panel.
